My name is Innocence Smith and I am currently pursuing my Ph.D. in Mind-Body-Medicine/Integrative Mental Health/Hypnotherapy from Saybrook University.
My personal life mission is to unite women from all backgrounds in education who are passionate about Feminine Psychology, Feminine Fulfillment, Positive Sexuality, Sexual Health, and the Psychology of Sexuality.
My professional goals are to seek didactic training as a sexologist and a public health educator using a multidisciplinary perspective to promote positive sexual health behaviors, encourage behavioral change and behavioral maintenance.
My research interest lies in women’s sexual health and reproductive functioning. I am also interested in topics related to health equity, sexual attitudes, functioning, and dysfunction. I’m always looking for ways to blend women and gender studies literature with health psychology literature.
